Cage Cashier/Part-Time

General Responsibilities:

Reports to: Floor Manager

Cage Cashier is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the area to which he/she is assigned. Cashier needs to have the ability to provide uncompromising customer service to internal/external customer contacts. Ability to work in conditions of fast pace and be detailed oriented.

  • Responsible for Slot Jackpot/Special Win/Hand Pay Slips, assist Soft Count/Vault Transfers and cash drawer verification sheets.
  • Exchanges Coin and Cash.
  • Ensures that all paperwork and reporting documents are well organized, legible and neat.
  • Makes sure that all cash handling conforms to Title 31 and the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act as well as Minimum Internal Controls and Policies.
  • Answer general questions about the Casino asked by customers or the general public
  • Must be able to operate currency counter.
  • Assist in verification of vault.
  • Advises and reports to the Floor Manager all instances of suspected violations of department or company policy.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

  • Extreme proficiency in handling and counting large sums of money
  • Excellent 10-key calculator skills and ability to handle cash transactions in a loud Casino environment
  • Excellent attention to detail (e.g., ability to balance a cash drawer)
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Must be able to work in smoke filled environment.
  • Must have valid Driver's License.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Cook/Part-Time

General Responsibilities:

Reports to: Floor Manager

Summary of Duties:

Prepare and cook orders and deliver beverage to customers.

  • Responsible for receiving food and beverage orders from customers and employees
  • Responsible for processing and preparation of food orders
  • Provide beverage service to Casino floor
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Maintain and prepare all foods in accordance to health and safety regulations
  • Provide quality food service
  • Responsible for concession bank upon opening and closing shift
  • Monitor and clean equipment on a daily basis
  • Responsible to wear protective coverings for health factors, gloves, smocks etc…
  • All other duties as assigned

Drop-Count Team/Part-Time

General Responsibilities:

Reports to: Floor Manager

Summary of Duties:

Soft Count Team Member is responsible for the efficient count/drop of all Currency in the Casino and to ensure proper accountability of these items. He/She will also be familiar with all equipment necessary to accomplish that task.

  • Participates in the efficient operation of Drop/Soft Count.
  • Prepares the appropriate daily reports for Accounting.
  • Responsible for checking In/Out sensitive keys.
  • Must have ability to evaluate, suggest modifications to and ensure compliance with the system of Internal Controls.
  • Responsible for the efficient count of all currency in the casino and to ensure proper accountability.
  • Responsible for daily drop of Machines.
  • Complete the Master Game Report and reports each games win loss
  • Ensures that he/she as well as all employees in Soft Count wears appropriate clothing.
  • Is fully familiar with equipment in Count Room and makes suggestions to the Floor Manager on additional equipment needs or requirements.
  • Should have excellent “people skills” and a proven ability to exercise good judgment.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to count and sort large sums of money in a fast and accurate manner.
  • Excellent addition / subtraction skills.
  • Ability to work 10-key calculator.
  • Must be able to work in smoke filled environment.
  • Must have valid Driver’s License.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

General Responsibilities:

Summary of Duties:

To maintain the cleanliness of the Casino.

  • Responsible for all daily maintenance of the Casino and its premises
  • Responsible to sweep, mop and clean surfaces and floors
  • Responsible to dust and arrange furniture as needed
  • Repair minor work orders as requested
  • Empty trash and garbage on a daily basis
  • Pick up debris
  • Refill paper dispensers
  • Disinfect toilets and urinals
  • Clean mirrors
  • Empty cigarette trays inside and outside
  • Keep main entryway clean and safety free
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

  • Basic skills and maintenance experience required
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
  • Must have valid Driver’s License
